J Plasma laser for skin tightening lower face and neck?

You are absolutely rigth J plasma is relatively new and does have lot of down time. There are several other modalities with less down time or no down time to achieve the tightening if the laxity is mild to moderate. Not many providers have J plasma experience so you would have to search your area for same.

J Plasma is a great skin tightening device, but a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with skin tightening for the face. I recommend J Plasma combined with lasers (Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, Co2), microneedling/prp, ultherapy and rf treatments to get the best outcomes.
