I've had 2 major rhinoplasties & 1 tip refinement op (3 in total). The 2 first surgeries were lengthening my nose, but they resulted in that my nose tip turned white whenever smiling. My last op was to fix this issue, & it improved a little bit but not 100%. My Q's are: 1) what are the risks associated with another tip refinement surgery? 2) would you recommend another surgery, or are the risks too big in comparison to the possible benefits? 3) is it better to use fillers to adjust this issue?
