I’ve had the two larger ones for over a decade and the smaller ones in the second photo are very recent, maybe months.
Answer: The non-surgical method of Hyfercation can be done to remove this Mole removal begins with a comprehensive examination and consultation to determine the likelihood of a mole being worrisome. Excisional and incisional biopsies are reserved for suspicious moles. But it’s good news that most moles are not problematic and are only cosmetic, thus leading to the option of scarless or non-surgical mole removal with lasers and RF and plasma. Our office specializes in non-surgical mole removal. Best, Dr. Raffy Karamanoukian Realself 100 Surgeon

Answer: Moles, skin tags, DPN’s, fibrous papules removal Ways to remove these benign lesions which could be fibrous papules, small moles or DPN’s, include ablative lasers, excision, shave removal and use of vascular lasers. We like to use a 532 nm laser with a 1 mm spot size to eliminate the blood supply to these types of lesions. It causes them to turn gray and fall off within a week or so. Usually you just need one treatment, but in some cases, may need a second treatment. With lasers like this, there is minimal risk of scarring.

Answer: Skin evaluation Thank you for your question and photographs. It's difficult to evaluate your skin through this type of forum. The bumps on your nose can be age related changes or moles, and an in-person evaluation needs to be done to determine the diagnosis. Then based on the diagnosis, appropriate treatment options for removal can be considered. I highly recommend you consult with a board certified dermatologist to have your skin evaluated and to discuss appropriate treatment options. Take care and good luck.
