Does my mole look bad (itching, bleeding and hurts)? (Photo)

I just noticed this mole on my inner thighs today. It started itching bleeding a little and there is liquid around it. I don't remember if it's an old mole or a new one. How does it look? Also everytime I move the skin around it it hurts a lot. Sometimes without even moving the skin around it hurts too literally without doing anything and it's a bad pain. Never had felt this pain from a mole before. I feel like maybe I've scratched it
