The first picture is my nose before, and the second is my nose today 3 months post op. It is a huge improvement to the bump I had before but there is still an obvious downward slope that I'm not satisfied with. Could it be swelling or a callous? Or could this be the final result? And would an additional rasping fix this and make it straighter or more concave? I'm meeting with my surgeon in a few weeks but I'm anxious and want some opinions!
