Im 35 years old who suffer for acne scars,I have one fraxel 1550 didn't do anything ,I had sciton profractionl ,ans I dont see any change ...I pull up my skin and look smooth and the scars disappear .so I think the best results is a mini lifting ..please any doctor who give me a good advice ,im so depress
Answer: Acne scars Thank you for your question. I would argue against the need for a mini lift at this time. The treatments with the sciton pro fractional or any other resurfacing laser will depend on the intensity of treatment and the number of treatments. Your acne scars should do well with resurfacing, however, multiple treatments will be required to get the desired improvement. Speak to a physician with experience in this and what kind of results can be expected.

Answer: Acne Scarring -- Needs Combination of Subcision; Fillers Like Bellafill; Lasers Like Fraxel/Erbium/CO2; TCA Cross; Fractora RF "Acne scars need a combination approach for long-term improvement. Everyone has a unique pattern of acne scarring, and most people have various types of scars, so we create a tailored treatment plan for each patient. We often use: - Injectable fillers like Bellafill and Sculptra (with or without subcision) for atrophic, indented scars. - Subcision for depressed, tethered scars. - Vascular lasers like Yellow laser, Aerolase, excel V, BBL, or IPL for redness or thick acne scars. - Lasers such as Fraxel, Erbium, CO2, Halo or fractional radiofrequency (Venus Viva, Skinfinity, Morpheus, PiXel8, Fractora, Intensif microneedling RF) for textural issues and superficial scarring. - TCA CROSS and punch excision for deep ice pick scars and narrow box car scars. All lasers are combined with microneedling/PRP to improve the results and accelerate your healing time. Keep in mind that a personalized combination treatment by an expert physician will give you the improvement you're looking for. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist and acne scarring expert. Best, Dr. Emer. "

Answer: Management of acne scars: surgery vs. non-surgical treatments Acne scars are difficult to manage. A facelift will not improve them because the procedure does not address the main problem: skin irregularities secondary to acne scarring. Patients with significant acne scarring that have failed to improve with laser treatments could benefit from a carefully done mosaic TCA chemical peel. This type of chemical peel modality combines the effect of a very deep and intermediate depth TCA (Trichloroacetic acid) peel to improve the skin irregularities secondary to acne. Patients may require more than one treatment to see significant results. Patients interested in a TCA chemical peel for acne scar treatment should consider making a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon specialized in chemical peels.

Answer: Acne scars and minilift I know that when you pull your skin up with your hands the scars look better but that doesn't really happen with a minilift. You will be better served by pro-fractional laser treatments despite your current disappointment. It can take several to get results.
