Midface implant removal - please help me. Any suggestions? (photo)

At this point if you decided to remove the implant you won't have to worry about sagging. Keep in mind that there are certain risks associated with removing implants such as infection, pain, significant swelling, scar tissue formation, etc. If you are not wanting to return to the same physician I would suggest you do your research and seek out a board certified plastic surgeon that has plenty of experience with revision surgeries. Within the first month or two there is little risk of sagging.  You must be careful under the eye however as there are other risks.  Swelling can last quite some time in that area so be sure to wait long enough to ensure that the swelling isn't swaying your decision.  Titanium screws biointegrate with bone but can still be removed.  Talk to your primary surgeon about it.
