Should I use Mederma Serica or Biocorneum for mole removal scars?

I want to get flat facial moles removed but my dermatologist won't do it because my skin scars very easily and she says the scars will look worse so I am thinking of going to a plastic surgeon can these products prevent the scarring 100%

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Moles can be removed with laser, radiowave or shave. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
