I had 3 moles "dry freezed" using liquid nitrogen. The GP did the procedure twice as the moles did not fall off. Even after the second attempt cryotheraphy didn't work, so the GP shaved them off. However, after more than 3 months I still have brown burnt-like skin around the moles area -this is coming from the liquid nitrogen. It looks disgusting. Will it ever go away?

From the photo, I don't see anything concerning such as infection. Keeping the wound covered and in a moist environment with a thin layer of something like Aquaphor will help it heal as well as possible. Eat a nutritious diet high in protein and avoid any nicotine....
