Rhinoplasty changed upper lip position; What did this doctor use to change the nasolabial angle from acute to obtuse? (photo)

Hello. What did this doctor use to change the nasolabial angle from acute to obtuse? Besides rotating the tip. The upper lip went toward the face before the nose and now it goes away from the face and into the nose. I like this effect. What graft can be used for this? I don't want fillers. Thank you
