I had lipo of the lower abdomen, and sides but I was not informed before surgery that my whole abdomen , flanks and bra roll could not be done because of my type implant procedure. so he just did the lower abdomen and sides. I now want full abdomen, flanks waist , bra roll and inner thigh I hoping to avoid a bbl I just want to shape the stubborn areas on my body

The bruising in the picture is exceptional but not totally out of the question. The good news about bruising is that it has very little effect on the final outcome. Only time will correct the problem.
Those are some mighty precise numbers to which you are referring.The mons pubis almost always has some skin laxity involved.As such, even aggressive liposuction will have a tendency to leave it appearing slightly full.Of course, we cannot say this for everyone but more as a general statement...
Itching after liposuction probably cannot be aided by a cream. Benadryl cream might be tried but in oral dose would be better if histamine is a mediator. The best solution is to put cool compresses on the area that is itching.
