Inner leg dent/slope after liposuction. How can this be fixed? (photos)

I underwent tumenscent lipo of my inner and out thighs with a board certified plastic surgeon on 6/8/18. Since then, I've noticed a horizontal dent on the back of my left leg that wraps around to the medial aspect of my inner thigh. The dent is a subtle slope and casts a long horizontal shadow. I've tried reaching out to my surgeon but won't be able to get answers until my appointment in a few months. Are dents like mine difficult to fix? How can this be revised?
