Hello. Great question. Congratulations on your procedure. At six weeks post op, its too early to consider a revision. There is still swelling present. Keep following your surgeon's post op instructions.

A small amount of fat can be injected back into that area, or it can be treated with Sculptra injections. Please discuss this with your surgeon.

Contour defects after liposuction can be corrected with fat grafting, filler, or sometimes massage and tincture of time.  Massage (light) can only help smooth the skin so is a good idea.  Most surgeons wait 6 months before deciding if revision is appropriate.
