I’m 5 weeks post-op with soft lumps on my abdomen. Will this go away? (Photos)

I got lipo done on March 30th on my abdomen, waist. I’m in my 5th week and my stomach looks lumpy. It doesn’t hurt that much and is still very tender but I still have a lot of the tightness. I would like to know if my stomach will eventually go back to a smooth look or did my Dr mess up somehow? What should I do? Im also not in the itchy phase. I’m itching alll in those areas. i was not big to begin with just a little bit of fat in those areas
