I recommend following up with your Doctor about after care and your concerns. You have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. Hello. Great question. I am sorry for your post op difficulties. Pre op images are needed to properly address your concerns. Please schedule a follow up appointment with your surgeon.
Don't let your skin wrinkle under your compression garment, but try to stretch it out. Use foam padding if needed. You are swollen now, but you don't want the wrinkles to stay unless you have too much loose skin.
No, that is not normal results and you may need another month of compression. Please let your surgeon check you.
At 5 weeks you are still fairly swollen and may be lumpy. continue to wear your compression garments and massage the area as instructed. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
Swelling is expected and some do swell more than others. I would suggest sending a photo to your surgeon and ask if you need to be seen.
