Hi there and thanks for your question and photos! As the other injectors have mentioned, it all depends.  Some patients are swollen for the first 1-2 days, other for 1-2 weeks.  Ultimately, the swelling will resolve regardless and results can be seen in 6-8 weeks.  Hope this helps and best of luck!

Kybella can irriatae the muscle if it gets into it and can be improved with massage, RF treatments and time.  Best, Dr. Emer.

This isn't a typical side effect of Kybella. I recommend following up with your Doctor. It can take up to 6 weeks for final results with Kybella. Also, many people need a series of treatments to get desired results. Hope this helps.
