As the other injectors have mentioned, it all depends.  Some patients are swollen for the first 1-2 days, other for 1-2 weeks.  Ultimately, the swelling will resolve regardless and results can be seen in 6-8 weeks.  Hope this helps and best of luck!

This isn't a typical side effect of Kybella. I recommend following up with your Doctor. It can take up to 6 weeks for final results with Kybella. Also, many people need a series of treatments to get desired results. Hope this helps.
