Can you do Kybella and Sculptra on the same day?

Question

Would like to get Sculptra for volume loss in temples, cheeks, corners of mouth, jaw, & chin. Possibly some Juvederm for under eyes & lips. Would doing Kybella the same day affect the Sculptra & Juvederm that's injected?

You can do all those procedures on the same day without interaction. You are treating different areas of the face and neck so you should be fine.

Thank you for your question. Having a Kybella treatment the same day as other fillers should affect the injected areas. These are 2 different areas being treated so there shouldn’t be a problem. Please make sure you seek treatment from a board-certified dermatologist.

Yes I often inject Kybella and do fillers such as Sculptra on the same day.  Since you are working on two separate areas there is no reason that you can't have them performed at the same time.  Please consult a expert in cosmetic facial injections for the best cosmetic results.  Best, Dr. Green

Yes, I commonly perform combination treatment with fillers, neurotoxin, and Kybella on the same day. I usually perform the Kybella treatment last because the associated swelling with Kybella can make it hard to assess the face for filler injection. Good luck with your treatment.

Kybella would have no effect on the other fillers being injected and there should be no issue in doing all the procedures at once. The only possible consideration would be pain and/or swelling/bruising, as having all the procedures simultaneously will mean you will be swollen and possibly bruised from facial filler and definitely bruised from Kybella all at one time. If you are ok with that then I say go for it!
