Are these sculptra bump or did I just develop a bad case of hormonal acne? I received Scuptra 2/13/17 by board certified doc, I followed the massaging techniques 5/5 and now I have lumps that appear during the day and dissipate while I sleep only to reoccur as my day progresses. What can be done to minimize further outbreak, also correct the current appearance? Do they self resolved or do I need to seek professional assistance?

Hello,If it is actually true, you would be an anomaly worth writing a scientific paper about. Studies scientifically looking at Sculptra growth in humans show a clear peak at about 10 to 12 weeks, with diminishing volume past that point in ALL patients. Corticosteroids reduce inflammation only. ...
Thank
you for your question. If you are younger you may see faster and longer results
from Sculptra. It typically takes 2-3 sessions depending on your age and how
much volume you want to see optimal results with Sculptra. I recommend having a consultation with an
expert to discuss your concerns...
The Sculptra should be used within 72 hours. Usually a combination approach for collagen building is best. I combine Sculptra with other fillers, lasers, toxins and skin care to give immediate and long-lasting results. See an expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer
