What's the best kind of pillow to use after a BBL?

Thank you for your question.  During the 2 weeks off of work do not sit directly on your buttocks or lie on your back.  During the flight I would recommend using a special BBL pillow.  There are good ones available for purchase online.  Hope this helps!

Whichever pillow you by, it should not apply any pressure to your buttocks. Some surgeons recommend a boppy pillow or a donut pillow. This type of pillow is simply sandwiched between your buttocks and the chair and still applies pressure to your newly injected fat, flattening the contour and compromising your fat cells. A special roll that sits underneath your thighs and elevates your buttocks off of the chair is the best way to avoid any pressure on the buttocks in the postoperative period. Also, discuss with your plastic surgeon extra precautions to avoid blood clots with travel so soon after surgery. 

You can go on line and look up BBL pillow. These can be placed under the legs so that your buttocks do not rest on the chair. Just confirm with your surgeon.
