I have been getting Juvederm in my nasolabial folds for a few years. I feel like the filler is spreading and going above the nasolabial folds line which is unattractive. I have two questions: 1. Can Juvederm spread if you sleep on your side or stomach (ie pressure on face) 2. Can hyaluronidase eliminate juvederm in specific spots or does it eliminate anything in that area (ie. I don't want to remove all of the Juvederm, I just want to remove the part that is above my nasolabial folds)

Unfortunately, bruising is a side affect of fillers, and your lips might take up to two weeks to heal. Try taking an aspirin, and applying neosporin or arnica to the area.
