Can Juvederm spread when put in nasolabial folds if you're a stomach sleeper?

Don't worry about sleeping on your stomach as you cannot spread the filler out of the nasolabial fold.
I do wonder weather you have lost some fat ( volume ) in your cheek and as a consequence the skin starts to hang and then give the impression that the fat just beside the nasolabial fold is fuller.
If for some reason some of the filler hs been placed outside of the nasolabial fold then yes hyaluronidase can flatten the area by just using a small amount. Your doctor will be able assess the area for you and explain what is happening .

Thank you for your question.  In my experience, it takes sustained, firm massage to move or displace Juvederm or other hyaluronic acid fillers.  The light pressure on your face from sleeping on your stomach is unlikely to cause your Juvederm to spread.  Although it does spread slightly from injection points, hyaluronidase certainly can be used in specific areas to dissolve unwanted filler.  Revising filler is a fairly complex procedure - I would recommend seeing an experienced cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon.  Best of luck!

In my experience Juvederm does not migrate and the way you sleep should have no effect. Hyaluronidase does have somewhat of a field effect. It will dissolve all hyaluronic acid it comes into contact with.

No. Juvederm doesn't spread outside the treatment area. And yes, it can be dissolved only in certain spots but you want to find someone who is really experienced. Dissolving filler is as much if not more of an art form than injecting it. Best of luck.

It is unlikely for Juvederm to move or spread when injected properly.  Rarely with overcorrection, too frequent injections, superficial placement, or with heavy pressure or manipulation, soft hyaluronic acid fillers can migrate from the desired treatment area to adjacent regions.  Do you sleep with anything pressing on your face, like a sleep apnea mask that exerts pressure over your nasolabial folds? If you sleep with your hands or fists pressed up against your cheeks, this could potentially cause the filler to move.  These are unusual situations.  Simply sleeping on your side or on your stomach should not cause juvederm to move.  
If you don't like the placement of the filler, hyaluronidase can be used to dissolve the filler.  Good luck!

when Juvederm is properly injected and not over corrected it should not spread to the areas outside of the injected Target. Juvederm can be partially dissolved in any area where necessary but you have to find yourself an experienced user. Good luck from New York City 

I haven't seen filler move to the extent that you are describing. BUT- I would touch base with your MD to let him know your concerns. Juvederm can be reversed but you may not need that- a clinical examination is important for you. 

I have encountered fillers that have spread before whether it be due to sleeping, or other factors. If you feel that this is the case, you can get the filler dissolved, or you can simply "push" it back in place. You can do this by firmly massaging the area in the direction you want it to go in. Do this for a while until you see the problem decreasing. Best of luck!
