Ultra sound says either tumor or enlarged lymph node. Firstly, can tumors in the face move? My lump started in the middle of my cheek 11 mnths later my masseter. Can it be a lymph node located in the middle of the cheek and move down gradually to masseter, with the feel of a lump? Can Juvederm ultra plus (if they aren't lying it was) migrate from lips to the cheek and move gradually down as explained above? Lastly, will filler show up on an ultra sound as solid or fluid?
