I have a lump above the belly button, and a dent. How will doc take care of that?

Had tummy tuck 11 days ago . At my first visit after the sergury my doc saw a lump a over the belly button . So under my garment he is having me wear a board . Also my stitches are still in and have to come out. Thank you
