I have a lump above the belly button, and a dent. How will doc take care of that?

Had tummy tuck 11 days ago . At my first visit after the sergury my doc saw a lump a over the belly button . So under my garment he is having me wear a board . Also my stitches are still in and have to come out. Thank you

Thank you for your question. It sounds as though your surgeon wants you to have compression on the area to reduce swelling. 11 days is early to assess results. All the best,

Looks like you have a little swelling above your belly button, probably from the dissection or a little central liposculpture. Before you know it, it will resolve. Sometimes a stick is palpable so check with your doc for their input.
