I have genetically protruding eyes. Do I pursue orbital decompression or upper bleph with a lower orbital implant? (photos)

I have genetically bulging eyes. I like my eyes from the front and wouldn't want surgery to lead to smaller eyes. I feel I have 2 options: 1. Upper lid blepharoplasty & an implant on my lower orbital wall (terminology correct?). Results would not be optimal, and my eye would still largely be unprotected. 2. Correct the eyeball's position via orbital decompression. An upper lid blepharoplasty in conjunction would be ideal. If it matters, I had surgery to correct severe exotropia in 2013.
