Hello. I had belfaro 30 days ago and since it's my second time I am aware of he healing times etc. However where one of the selfdisaolving stichees was (the "knot" under the skin of the stich" this time a pimple that hurts shows up. It's the same as it was after 7 days and when I touch it it hurts. On the left I also have a little bump but that one is healing normally and does not hurt nor does it have a pimple. What should I do? I won't be able to see my surgeon for another six months. Please help

It looks like a pustule has formed in the area which is similar to an infected pimple. It may need to be opened up and drained, and at the very least it looks like you might need to be on antibiotics. I would suggest if possible to contact your surgeon as it would be best to have them look at it. But if that is not possible, I suggest you go to an urgent care or a physician in your area and have them take a look at it. Good luck with your recovery.

Suture bumps can form after surgery and typically improve with time.  Cysts can also form, and can be treated depending on the size and symptoms.  Since you are experiencing pain, follow up with your doctor right away to for an in-person examination.
