I had a benign mole removed. Should I be worried about the leftover pigmentation? (Photo)

About ten years ago, I had a mole on my face examined. They shaved off part of it and it came back benign. I’ve had this funky pigmentation left over ever since. It’s almost like the leftover of the mole, but it’s irregularly shaped. Recently, Ive just been nervous that maybe the irregular shape should be concerning?
