I have a mole that has grown, risen, has fallen off, regrown and fallen off again in a couple weeks time, dangerous? (photo)

I have had this beauty mark for almost 2 year but it only recently changed in shape and color. Within the last 2 weeks it became dry and flaky, and then fell off; regrew; only to fall off again. Normal maybe? Underneath the black flaky surface that falls off is brown tan specks on my skin.
