Hypopigmentation after chemical peel? Is it possible that this is temporary?

I had a chemical peel on monday, and my skin peeled on wednesday morning and now i have what looks like hypopigmentation. Is it possible that this is temporary? Or is there a treatment i can do to help my skin? Sorry if the photos are bad, the lighting in my room is horrible.

Thank you for your question! You should not pick at, scrub or exfoliate the area.  The scab should eventually flake off. If you have any concerns you should contact your physician for further instructions. Best of luck!
