Do you think Q-switch laser along with chemical peel can help me? What should i expect from that treatment? Age- 30 years

i had Painful acne all over my face,so much so that it was difficlt to sleep at night. So went to derma &she started on Isotretinion (been a month now)She suggested Qswitch laser and chemical peel(on the same day) simultaneously along with ongoing isotretinion treatment. i read along with isotretinion we should not undergo any laser therapy, is that correct? Also please see pics attached, do you think Q-switch laser along with chemical peel can help me? What should i expect from that treatment?

The newer guidelines do not prohibit the use of laser and chemical peels(mentioned by you) alongwith isotretinoin. So they can be safely done on your face with the ongoing medication. In addition, treating pigmentation early with chemical peels and laser is definitely going to help remove pigmentation faster with less scaring at the end of the treatment.
