It's difficult to tell, but this can happen after lip fillers. Icing, cold compresses and arnica can give improvement. It can take up to 2 weeks for final results. Hope this helps.

You did not mention how long ago you had your lips injected, but this looks to me like something called angioedema, which is an exaggerated inflammatory reaction. You should see your provider for treatment, which is usually a course of oral steroids, such as prednisone. Luckily, it will resolve very quickly once the steroids are started and your lips should look just fine. Occasionally, it can come back and require a second treatment. Best of luck!
