THe donor region was thin to begin with having a previous FUT procedure. After another procedure that has been some shock loss and it will take time for hair to regrow. Using medication, topical creams and PRP can help with hair thickness and density.

Sun exposure is not recommended after surgery but if it already happened there isn't much you can do.  Ultraviolet light from the sun can permanently discolor your skin if the wound has not healed.
