This is my head ten days post op pictures to follow. I'm going to use human growth hormone to try help with regards growth of hair. But i am going to try and quit smoking

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  You can dye your hair few weeks after surgery.

Over harvesting from FUE can be an issue and cause the patchy appearance.  It may also be due to shock hair loss.  It may take 6 to 12 months to see growth if there was shock hair loss.

Sun exposure is not recommended after surgery but if it already happened there isn't much you can do.  Ultraviolet light from the sun can permanently discolor your skin if the wound has not healed.
