It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  

Nicotine in any form (smoking, patch, gum, vapor etc.) makes blood vessels shrink down and decreases circulation to the skin.  This can adversely effect healing and should be avoided.  That said, by day eleven the grafts should have taken well enough that they'll be okay.  Good luck quitting!
