I have a thin face but now that hollow look. I have always been on the thin side and now also have "crepe" saggy neck. I am 60 years old and a long sun worshiper. Sorry no current photo
Answer: Hollow cheeks and turkey neck While a facelift would probably give you the best result, especially for the neck, there are non-surgical options. Cheek fillers would be successful in re-volumizing the midface and your neck could be tightened with a radiofrequency device, like Exilis. We have had excellent experience thus far with the exilis skin tightening, especially in the neck and jawline area.

Answer: Nonsurgical Cheek AugmentationWorks Well For Hollow Cheeks; The Nonsurgical 3D Vectoring Necklift For Mild To Moderate Sagging Without a photo, I can only make some general comments. Injectable, robust volumizing fillers work well for providing lift, projection and proper light reflection for the cheekbone areas and for taking care of and volume depletion within the mid cheek region. In my Upper East Side Manhattan office, I would opt for Voluma XC & Restylane Lyft for this purpose. (In my Israel satellite facility where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved volumizers are available, I would choose Stylage XXL, Emervel Volume and Teosyal Ultra Deep). For neck looseness, I would consider The Nonsurgical 3D Vectoring Necklift, which also employs volumizing fillers. If necessary, a neuromodulator (such as Botox, Dysport, or Xeomin) may be additionally added for lift (so-called "Nefertiti Lift,") and for softening platysmal cords. For more information on any of the above procedures, check out the archives of RealSelf.com and be sure to consult with a board certified aesthetic physician with experience in nonsurgical facial and neck rejuvenation. Finally, insist on seeing his/her before and after photos.

Answer: Hollow cheeks and loose neck A loose neck likely will require a neck lift. The hollow cheeks might improve with filler or fat injections. An exam in person is critical.

Answer: Hollow cheeks and turkey neck treatment Thanks for your question, Kim. There are injectable fillers like Juvederm Voluma or Radiesse that can be used to add volume to cheeks. There are skin tightening devices that use ultrasound (Ultherapy) or radiofrequency (i.e. Thermage) and these could be used in some cases to tighten skin around the neck. However, what you really need is an in person consultation with a well trained and experienced physician who can evaluate your individual case and tailor a treatment plan just for you. That is your best course of action. Good luck to you!

Answer: Turkey neck Its not possible to provide you a specific or relevant comment about cosmetic options for your neck if you won't post at least one picture. I would suggest an in-person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon in your area. Without surgery your results will be very conservative to minimal to non-existent especially as you have described yourself.
