Best semi-permanent filler removal surgery?

I've been injected with a bad quality of hylaronic acid filler that has ben in my face since 2012, i can still feel it i've contacted my doctor and he suggested to do removal surgery, and i'd like to know what is the Best way to remove semi-perminant fillers? I need a safe way that won't leave any side effects. Thank you

Before considering surgical removal of a temporary HA injectable filler, you may consider consulting a physician familiar with the use of the dissolving enzyme. Sometimes puffy areas can be reduced with dilute steroid injections as well. You may consider leaving surgery as a last resort, since injectable fillers may not be easily removed surgically. HA filler injected 3 years ago should be completely resorbed. You may have calcification which would not be dissolvable with enzyme but more likely, you were not injected with an HA filler. What was the substance with which you were injected? you should always know exactly what was injected into your body, especially your face. Any surgery to remove the nodules or calcifications would likely cause its own problems and deformity. Find a skilled and experienced facial plastic surgeon.
