HA filler injected 3 years ago should be completely resorbed. You may have calcification which would not be dissolvable with enzyme but more likely, you were not injected with an HA filler. What was the substance with which you were injected? you should always know exactly what was injected into your body, especially your face. Any surgery to remove the nodules or calcifications would likely cause its own problems and deformity. Find a skilled and experienced facial plastic surgeon.
