What filler is best for me to acheive pillowy plump lips?

In both of your pictures you are smiling, which increases the visual length of the upper and lower lip and "thins" them out. With our lips closer together, like the Hailey Baldwin photographs you included, lip fullness is accentuated. In general 1cc of filler (Juvederm, Volbella, Restalyne), if placed in the precise anatomic regions of the lip that create the fullness you desire, is enough for excellent lip augmentation. If needed, another syringe can always be added at 2 weeks when the majority of bruising and swelling has subsided.

Dear ACMS15:One would need to evaluate your lips at rest rather than smiling but I believe you could approximate the look you desire with some Juvederm for lift and Volbella for soft contouring, although I would start with Volbella as it is possible that one syringe of Volbella would be sufficient.All the best,   Dr. Clark

Lip plumping is an art.  If you are interested in having really full lips like the photo then Restylane is not the right product for you.  It might take two syringes of Juvederm to have the "look" that you want.  Please consult an expert in lip injections for the best cosmetic results.  Best, Dr. Green
