I read on here a girl who caught a scaf infection in her leg because of fat nerious due to the fat transfer and some fat Falling into her thighs

Teenagers need to be physically and emotionally mature before any plastic surgery. If she is at her ideal body weight and realistic, a BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) may be helpful in achieving a more proportionate figure. 17 year olds do require paternal consent.
