How many centimeters (or inches) can be added to the hips during a BBL?

Dear Misslupie, what you expect is what really matters in liposculpture with buttocks fat graft. In the posterior view, a proportion of 0.7 between waist and hips is what gives beauty to female contour, not a over-inflated butt. So, we have to gently rebuild the curves smoothly, in a very artistic fashion to reach that proportion. 

When a BBL is performed well, the surgeon treats the waist, hips, buttocks and thighs at the same time. These areas all work in hormony to give the a nice result to the area.  The surgeon needs to remove fat from certain areas and at to add fat other areas in an artistic fashion. In patients that I need to change their frame shape I use the majority of fat to reshape their frame and then the remainder to augment the projection and shape of the buttocks.
