Answer: Inches and BBL Typically two to four inches are added, with an equal or more inches lost from the donner site. This shift, more than the number of inches, determines satisfaction. The best way to assure yourself that you will be happy Is to ask to speak to a patient, and then ask the patient (not the Dr. or the staff); how many inches have you gained? Dr.s typically don't keep measurement records, we go by photo results at six months. See a board certified plastic surgeon, who does a ton of Brazilian but lifts, operates at a certified facility, has privilages to do this at a local hospital...and you will be in good hands. Don't be too shy to ask her, or him, how many BBLs have you done... last year? Don't settle for vague answers. All surgeries carry risks and disappointment is the biggest risk in all cosmetic surgery. And remember; cheap isn't always best.

Answer: Adding inches? I look more for contour changes and not necessarily inches added. Fat can be added to the hips and buttocks and quite often can have nice results.
