to be physically and emotionally mature before any plastic surgery. If she is at her ideal body weight and
realistic, a BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) may be helpful in achieving a more proportionate figure. 17 year olds do require paternal consent.

In the absence of photographs or a formal examination its impossible to determine your daughters suitability for surgery.  Certainly the best results are achieved when patients are at their ideal goal weight and have held it steady for three months or so.  You and your daughter need to seek the advise of a fully qualified, experienced plastic surgeon to determine her suitability for surgery.
