Whenever I take a picture, my eyebrows seem to be higher than the other. In addition, my nose seems to come out slanted in selfies. I also notice than one eye is bigger than the other. What maybe causes of this? I’m a bit concerned
Answer: Brow Lift Thank you for your question. Every face has a level of asymmetry, even before and after surgery. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to discuss your candidacy for surgical or non-surgical treatments to achieve your desired result. Best wishes,

Answer: Facial evaluation Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. There are many options to improve facial asymmetry such as fillers and botox. Surgery can also help in some patients. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. FACS Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: The cause is just family genetics The face is always asymmetrical, to a greater or lesser degree. Nobody avoids this and it comes from the genes you were born with. Some things can be altered by surgery, some cannot. Please seek expert in person consultation if you really feel the need to do something.
