Answer: Look at the older men in your family. That is the future of your hair. Please brace yourself. Unfortunately many men rapidly go bald or partially bald. Given your age and your current hair loss, I can safely predict that less hair is in your future. It is true that Fabio had a fabulous career thanks to his locks. It is also equally true that many men with less hair have gone on to lead fulfilling, successful lives. Surprisingly some women find bald men sexy. That is by way of say, please do not waste your time or fortune chasing the promise of a cure for your thinning hair. If we really had a great treatment, there would not be so many balding men. Propecia and Rogaine are the best products out there. Rogaine is a bit greasy and unpleasant to use. Propecia is a pill with certain side effects. Again the results of these treatment are mixed. There is no evidence that lasers, platelet rich plasma, etc, etc are effective but these treatments will thin your wallet. I do not recommend hair grafting because you are likely to be disappointed with a sustainable hairline. I recommend saving this option. A small frontal forelock may be the only hairline you can sustain. I think at age 20, you will find that option pretty disappointing. My recommendation is to consider the propecia or rogaine option but please keep your expectations in check. In the mean time, I recommend working on other areas of your personal swagger and learning to embrace your challenging hairline as a badge of honor. The day will come when we can clone hair but we are not there yet. Best.

Answer: Brow Lift Thank you for your question. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to discuss brow lift, and perhaps NeoGraft hair restoration. Best wishes,

Answer: Medical treatment I would start with Rogaine (or the generic) or Propecia (finesteride). These are medications so you should consult with a doctor in person to get them. If the hair loss stabilizes then hair transplantation can become an option. Best wishes
