Is it a problem or a red flag when a facial plastic surgeon does not have admitting privileges at a hospital?

mercer401
The board-certified facial plastic surgeon that I am considering for my forehead lift and fat grafting used to have admitting privileges at two hospitals, but no longer. He performs surgeries only at an accredited surgical center. He does not have any adverse actions or lawsuits on the state medical licensing database. Based strictly on these facts, is there any reason to be concerned about the lack of admitting privileges?
