Expectation during recovery stage after lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning? (photos)

This is day 18 after my op. Is it ok to touch/press the swollen area within the first 48hrs after op? I was curious why the swollen area was as hard as a rock and may have apply a bit of pressure when pressing. (i was given incorrect intsruction to massage it which i stop after 1 day). After stitch removal, i was ask to massage and felt a depression in the middle below my right eye. I am worried my initial pressure would kill the fats and this will have future side effects. will it smoothen?

You are looking down into the camera so it is impossible to know what you look like looking straight ahead.  That is really how we judge.  You look like you have upper eyelid ptosis and excess upper eyelid skin.  Please see a fellowship trained oculoplastic surgeon in your area.

See following link for more information. The inherited lower eyelid retraction with sclera show is due to the eyelid position in addition to the eyeball position. Different treatment options exist.

Thank you for the question.An eyebrow injury can potentially harm nerves that lift the forehead, eyelids, but typically does not affect the lips or areas below the brow. You may have something else going on, that may require you to first see you primary doctor with a referral to a specialist....
