Will exilis help with malar bags or should i choose rf microneedling?

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

It is difficult to suggest what may be a good option for you without photos. Every patient’s facial structure is different and depending on the severity of your anatomy would determine what is best for you. Surgery will probably be your best option. Malar bags cannot be treated with lasers.  No lasers will help with these bags.  Exilis has very mild skin tightening effect and it takes about five treatments.  Thermage is far better for skin tightening and only takes a single treatment.  If you are asking what is the best treatment for skin tightening in the face then I would answer Thermage.  Please consult an expert in skin tightening and injectables for the best cosmetic results. None of the procedures you mentioned will help you with malar bags. Like you said, they are bags and they are of fatty origin. What may help you is carefully placing your own fat around the surrounding area evening out the overall region. While fat fills in the valleys the cheek becomes like a nice round more youthful cheek and the stem cells which are present in your own fat will help the area in the healing process. This has helped my patients nearly in 100% of cases.
