I received four exillis treatments last year on my inner and outer thighs, the most recent being 11/18. How soon should I do a maintenance treatment? I am 32, 5’4, 110 lbs
Answer: Maintenance Thank you for your question! It really depends on the quality of skin and laxity and the goals your trying to achieve. My patients usually do treatments every 6-9 months with great results. Best of luck!Dhaval PatelDouble Board Certified Plastic SurgeonChicago Hoffman EstatesOakbrookOrland Park

Answer: Another option for the inner thighs and outer thighs would be Morpheus8 Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Exilis Thank you for your question in regards to Exilis. Results from a series of exilis treatments can last up to two years, although that can vary between patients. Its suggested to maintain within those first two years as we continue to age. To be sure what is best for you, see two or more board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluation to make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have treatment. I hope this helps.
