Thank you for your question in regards to Exilis. The energy used with Exilis treatments are non-caner causing frequencies and not reported to cause cancer. Electromagnetic energy runs a spectrum of frequencies and wavelengths . Cancer causing electromagnetic energy is called ionizing radiation ( gamma rays /X rays/ultraviolet rays ) on the other hand NON-ionizing radiation  is lower frequency /longer wavelength such as radio waves (radio frequency , microwave , cell phone etc) this type of energy is non cancerous to our DNA.  Now long term exposure (years) of non ionizing radiation has a small potential to be harmful, but not fully understood ( that’s why there is cell phone use controversy) . So as you can see one simple chest x Ray is much more potentially harmful than any non ionizing radio frequency form of energy such as listening to the radio, using the remote control on a tv, standings near a microwave or having a radiofrequency treatment.
