Exilis ultra vs Temsure Envi for face tightening? What will help for the eye area and jowls?

I had profound rf done 6 months ago and now would like to do another procedure to further tighten face. I am debating between Tempsure envi and Exilis ultra for eye area and jowls. I am in school so I can’t do a procedure where there is too much downtime. I haven’t been able to find a comparison of the two. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

I would never allow a patient of mine to undergo any form of treatment that utilizes radiofrequency in the face. All radio frequency devices administer energy that in the process melt fat. Even though your face may look better at first, some six to twelve months later you will look like a disaster has struck, as you will see a considerable loss of volume in the face which will make you look much, much older. The best approach to facial rejuvenation is not to create tightness by using devices but to restore the volume that the face requires to look more youthful. Fat grafting is the simplest and the best approach that is easily reproducible in every patient. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City
