Earlobes naturally very big and circular, protrude to the sides, and are very thick. Best procedure? (photos)

Looking to get both earlobes reduced - no damage from piercing - they are naturally this large and protruding. Not looking for an otoplasty. Attaching some pictures for reference - what would be the best procedure to reduce the size of the lobes and set them back so that they're in line with the rest of the ears? Is it possible to do so? Additionally, what would you estimate the cost at? Are there any specialists in the NY area who are familiar with this? Thank you
