Earlobe surgery is composed of several techniques that can either repair torn earlobes (split earlobes) or correct overly redundant earlobe tissue from piercings or genetics or stretching. I can certainly see what you want done with the earlobes. I would cut out skin from the backside if the lobe in order to roll it back closer to your cheek.   The scars would be behind the earlobes so as to not be visible. Finding the right doctor and the right price can take some looking around. I would estimate total cost to be around $2000
