Discolouration still there almost 3 years. Dissolved 3 times, used bleaching cream 3 months.​ What do I do at this point?

 I've been to 5 doctors so far, and none of them can tell me WHAT the discolouration is. I had it immediately after a horrible Restylane injection into my under eyes/mid-cheek groove. The last hyaluronidase injection appear to have made it even worse. The only thing that has helped me is microneedling, but now it has also stopped improving. I am willing to travel anywhere to see someone who can tell me what this is and help me! It doesn't show well in photos.
