A mommy makeover can be used to describe many surgical procedures. Typically it for mothers who have had one or more children. After that they can have some sagging (ptosis) of their breasts due to breast feeding and stretching of their abdominal skin and underlying muscles. A "mommy makeover" traditionally addressed both the breast and tummy regions. The breasts are addressed with either a breast lift to lift the nipple to a more youthful position plus/minus a breast implant if more fullness is needed in the breasts. The tummy is addressed with usually a tummy tuck to get rid of the extra skin and tightening of the underling muscle plus/minus liposuction. A BBL (brazilian butt lift) main goal is to increase the size and fullness of the buttock region. This is done with liposuction of other areas of the body and then transferring the fat to the buttock. It won't address the breasts or the loose tummy skin.
