Private Nurse Necessary After BBL?

I am getting a BBL on Jan 23, 2018. I weigh 130lb, height 5'1. I only want a subtle result - maybe 850 ccs injected. While the surgery is a ways away, I would like to begin planning my stay and such now. I have family in Miami and plan to stay with them while recovering. My husband and retired mother in law will be there to take care of me/run errands/etc. Should I hire a private nurse? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
