Can adenoids and rhinoplasty be done at the same procedure?

Thanks for your question. While it is not customary to combine these two surgeries it is definitely possible, from a technical standpoint, to perform both at the same time. I recommend you consult with a facial plastic surgeon who is board certified in otolaryngology (ear, nose, and throat surgery) and experienced in rhinoplasty surgery. Good luck! 

 Yes, an adenoidectomy and a rhinoplasty can be performed  at the same time, but it is an unusual combination since most of the adenoids of usually dissipated at age 10  to 12 years of age. A rhinoplasty cannot be performed at that age, and the minimum age  is16 for girls and a 18  for young men.
