Yes, an adenoidectomy and a rhinoplasty can be performed at the same time, but it is an unusual combination since most of the adenoids of usually dissipated at age 10 to 12 years of age. A rhinoplasty cannot be performed at that age, and the minimum age is16 for girls and a 18 for young men.
